The delay in payments by government, are leaving the private health sector without financial oxygen. Desafortunandamente, this is not an isolated incident and its effects are still being just as devastating in other sectors. Despite the reform of Law 15/2010 to curb delinquency in our country, both in the private sector and the public, we can see in the PWC report on the health sector, entitled "Ten hot topics of the English health by 2011 " data as follows:
- " ... many suppliers have to endure delays in payments of more than 600 days, with the autonomous communities expand more payments Cantabria (709 days), Baleares (645 days) and Murcia (612 days).
- The Autonomous Community of Aragon, is about 212 million euros, including medicines and health products.
Without doubt, it seems very difficult to withstand this financial float for the companies involved, which are forced to resort to the banking sector, discounting or factoring invoices in exchange for a percentage of the amount thereof.
